-Are your 'cookies' are enabled?

  • IE (5.0) users: From your browser toolbar, open Tools/Internet Options/Security. Click on the 'Custom Level' button and make sure your Cookies are set to 'enabled.'
  • IE (6.0) users: From your browser toolbar, open Tools/Internet Options/Privacy. Click on the 'Advanced' button, check the 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling' box. Make sure cookies are set to 'accept' and check the 'Always allows session cookies' box.

-If you still have trouble logging on, close your browser, and clear out existing cookies. Open C:/Windows/Cookies, select all davidsons and galleryofguns cookies and delete. Then open a new browser before logging back on.

  • Shortcut for IE (6.0) users: From your browser toolbar, open Tools/Internet Options. Click on the 'Delete Cookies' button.
